Terribly slow and unresponsive. They have been chasing debt on our behalf in 2 cases. One has been ongoing for a number of years and still not settled. We paid the court fees on the second one back in 2025 and have had radio silence on that case since then. I have chased multiple times but I'm getting no response whatsoever.
