PCB took my house sale in there stride. Although it was a long and drawn out affair. Multiple members of the team worked on my file due to maternity leave etc and each one was profesional and responded in good time.

A stressful and costly experience - I do not recommend this firm. Without notice my case was dropped by email and they kept their deposit. The firm also took payment for a pre-application pack they did not apply for. I only discovered this myself when prompted by my estate agent a week later and enquired direct to the local authority. To be reimbursed, I was asked to email the receipt to PCB as evidence they had taken the funds, an added insult.

Helen acted for me in the purchase of my house. It was not straight forward but she kept things moving and kept me informed at all times. She did sometimes have to remind me that although I was keen to move in, I would regret not dealing with everything properly when I came to sell. I have recommended her.
