For example we had been waiting for enquiries from our buyer, they were sent to Jessica at 4pm and by 8am the next day she had already acted on them! We did not even need to chase them up as they were so on it the whole way through and made this process so much less stressful for us. Customer service was brilliant too, if we did have to call them, they knew exactly who we were and what the current progress was.
