We have just used the services of this firm to buy a house we purchased via MMOA (modern method of auction)
We were nervous about buying a hose this way and parting with a fairly large amount of money up front to the auction company!!
I asked a few questions via email of Capron & Helliwell prior to buying the property all of which were promptly answered to by Melissa!!
Once we instructed them to handle the purchase we carried on dealing with Melissa who I can't praise enough as she was so organised, professional and quick to respond to us or our sellers solicitor!!!
Being an auction sale we had to complete in 56 days from receipt of the draft contract!!! Melissa & Capron & Helliwell did the whole exchange & completion in just 13 days!!!!! If the buyers solicitor was a bit quicker to respond I feel sure it could have been even quicker!!!!
You won't go wrong using Capron & Helliwell
We would definitely use them again without fail.
