I would advise against using this Solicitors, they charged me for mistakes made and then again to rectify them. When I decided the service wasn't good enough and that I wanted to go elsewhere they started putting excessive pressure on me and making up new charges, extortionate! They made an already upsetting and stressful time even more difficult for me.

Right from my 1st interaction with Morgan in client care who then got me Rojin. Morgan was friendly and approachable in a difficult time. Rojin our solitor won the case and was supportive, tenacious, hard working and just brilliant throughout. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at her job! Worth every penny and honestly hope never to need her again but if I did want someone fighting tooth and nail for me it would be her! Thank you to the whole team involved.

Please look at trust pilot who have finally taken their clients complaints of fake reviews being created to bury genuine bad ones seriously. Unfortunately the fakes are still here 🫤 be careful very much not recommended

Truly terrible firm - please do not use. Britton and Time charged £36,000 for their services as executors of a simple estate. This figure did not even include any of the disbursements, or conveyancing (all up, total expenses were £49,000). For a very simple estate consisting of an apartment, three bank accounts and some shares, net value just over £200,000.
An executor of an estate is supposed to be acting in the best interests of the beneficiaries, to maximise the distribution. In this case Britton and Time appeared to be acting only in their own interests, dragging out the process to maximise the fees they could charge (it took them just two months shy of two years to complete the work). Ordinary executor fees are 1.5% - 6% (for complicated cases). Britton and Time’s fees? 18%. I have a litany of other issues with them, including lack of communication, unprofessional behaviour, threats to withhold funds from beneficiaries etc etc, but the overcharging is the one that really sticks.

Absolutely awful firm best avoided. We had a final account of £167 which I queried and asked to return our files. They then charged a further £300 for phone calls and emails regarding such a request. Files still not returned. Disgraceful behaviour will report to Solicitors Regulation Authority
