Helen Rowe and her assistant Emma Rose were very professional and expedient in handling the legals related to the sale of my elderly father’s flat in Hove. U.K. spring of 1996.
Helen was extraordinarily supportive of me during this process as I was managing the sale of my father’s flat with its complicated new Leasehold agreement from Canada while simultaneously settling my failing father into a Care Home here. Helen helped me do a lot of the paperwork in advance while I was in the U.K. and then gave me a lot of extra support as the real estate and legal terminology and related paperwork were very different than how things work in Canada. She could not have been more patient. I highly recommend the legal services of Helen Rowe, Emma Rose of DMH Stallard.

Professional, approachable and truly diligent doesn't really come close to encapsulating just how good they are. The team at DMH Stallard we're absolutely amazing on both the sale of our property and the purchase of a new property.
Helen Rowe did what I thought were impossible things on the purchase of our new house. She did not stop until we completed and got us into our new house in record time, just before our second baby arrived. Emma Rose did a fantastic job at keeping us informed throughout the process.
It was made extra complex due to a freehold extension but Dan Ongley helped simplify things.
All around, superb service and won't hesitate to instruct them again when we find our new place in the future!!

I am an estate agent. I have no business relationship with DMH. However I had to write a review for probably one of the most lovely, hard working and I mean over and beyond hard working solicitor I have probably ever come across in 26 years of being an agent in Helen Rowe. If you are looking to sell or buy your home then I highly recommend you get in touch. I work all hours but so does Helen and her communication is outstanding. Often with others I have to wait days but Helen is incredibly responsive, efficient, diligent and quick. Also a solution finder not a problem finder like many. Good luck.
