The solicitors provided both a probate service and a house sale. Lack of communication did cause concern on a few occasions, always felt my concerns and questions were not handled well. Some actions were promised but didn't materialise. on the positive side, the work was carried out well and was completed to my satisfaction.

Thanks to Danielle for the work on my first purchase, it was useful to have a local firm you can contact easily and also offering face to face meeting before exchange and completion to discuss anything needed.
