Responsive, highly competent and got the transaction through in half an average conveyancing timescale. Outstanding work that often is not credited enough. I would highly recommend.

I telephoned the Gerrards Cross office on Thursday regarding the need for a Solicitor to witness my wife's signature on some important documents and could I please make an appointment. I was told that there was no need for an appointment as it was a "walk in service" . You can probably guess what's coming next.
When we arrived the next day (Friday) mid morning we were told there were no Solicitors in the office as it was a Friday and they were all working from home. This I was told was something I should have taken into account!
The net result was that I had to go Chalfont St Giles, where I was lucky enough to find a Solicitor that was actually available and working from their office.

I read that a similar situation occurred with Les Liney Motor Repairs a year ago, so clearly no lessons have been learned.
Communication with its customers is clearly something this firm is not very good at, and rest assured I will not be recommending them.
