Carolann Wilson has assisted in a number of property sales and purchases for me and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Carolann is diligent, proactive, approachable and effectively communicates throughout the conveyancing process which also echoes with her assistant, Bronnie who keeps me regularly updated and is always on the other end of the phone should I have any concerns/questions. We were in a real rush to complete the sale on our new property due to an unplanned move from abroad, through very trying circumstances along we a trying client [ myself] Carolann and Alicia did their utmost to facilitate the fastest possible outcome for us without compromising their due diligence and legal constraints. We were in very quickly and exchanged and completed on the same day. So we were delighted with the service and would definitely recommend them to other home buyers.

HCB Solicitors were helpful and competent dealing with the sale of our property. Our main point of contact whom we contacted when necessary via email and one telephone call at the end of the process, was very good.
All of the legal work was done online which suited us as HBC Solicitors are not based in our town. The contact between the Estate Agent and HCB Solicitors was good. I would like to thank everyone at HCB who dealt with our sale professionally.
