I would not recommend this firm for handling smaller personal injury claims based on my experience.
My case was drawn out over a period of two years, and throughout the process I was encouraged to settle out of court rather than pursue legal proceedings. In my opinion, the settlement I accepted was only a small fraction of what my injuries were worth.
The accident had a significant impact on my life. I was unable to walk properly for around six months, and was seconds from dieing after council workers carried out tree-cutting work without appropriate warning signs, and I continue to experience ongoing knee problems to this day.
I also felt discouraged from changing solicitors, as I was warned there could be legal consequences if I did so. This left me feeling as though I had little choice but to continue with the firm despite my concerns.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the service I received. The process took two years, and I genuinely feel that very little was achieved on my behalf during that time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

I received a completely incorrect and unjustified claim letter from this firm, alleging that someone was injured in a *Zara clothing store in London*. My company is **Zara Retail Ltd**, a small independent newsagent in Greater Manchester, with **no connection whatsoever** to the Zara clothing brand.

Instead of doing even the most basic due diligence, this firm simply searched Companies House, picked the first similar name they saw, and sent a threatening legal letter to the wrong business. No checks, no verification, nothing. For a law firm, this level of carelessness is shocking.

Had this reached a courtroom, it would have been laughable — a claim against a company that doesn’t operate clothing stores and has no premises anywhere near London.

A firm that can’t even identify the correct legal entity before pursuing a claim seriously needs to review its processes. Very poor professionalism.
