I came to Timms with an injury claim where I was a pedestrian involved in a collision with a car.
Natasha Burnett and Haley Archibald were both extremely helpful, very communicative at every step of the process and were always available to answer any questions I had.

I feel it’s important to give a review as I was coerced by the solicitor informed at the wrong stages of the proceedings. I went into court to get access to my grandchildren as I feel that they have serious health issues. Jessica showed no regard or interest really she just filled out the paperwork. She sat in court all day and I said to her are you going to say anything she replied there’s no point I was completely coerced by this company and the solicitors. I definitely don’t recommend them at all. It’s all about lying in their own pockets. Cost me a grand and a half for her to sit in a court room all day and not One word from her so I don’t recommend Jessica as a solicitor she’s absolutely diabolical and I don’t recommend Tim solicitors at all. This is a genuine review and I’m not AI.

We've been in to Timms a couple of times now to sort out wills etc and must say the whole company is very well run and helpful.
