I recently reached out to Brixham Darby & Darby, in person and via email, expressing my concerns and requirements. While I appreciated their prompt phone call the following monday and found the staff to be courteous, I unfortunately missed the call. After my appointment, I called back immediately, but no one was available. I waited all week for a return call and decided to follow up myself this morning, god knows how long i would have waited for a call back, where the diligent staff answered.

The most frustrating aspect is that this firm isn’t suited to my needs for specific reasons that could have been clearly communicated in a return email from the practitioner i was trying to reach. I understand everyone is busy, but people have enough complications in their lives without having their time wasted. I urge you to improve communication to enhance the client experience.

Update: Just had an appointment with another solicitors. I've downgraded my review to 2 star's for Darby & Darby due to know knowing how professionaly these things can be handled.

Lovely friendly helpful staff.

Really helpful when exploring probate options after the sad loss of my Mum. I also used Darby and Darby for my house purchase and had very good service. Recommended.
