I recently engaged the services of your firm in a matter of personal assistance to an old lady and family friend who was being treated most unfairly by her Landlord and your Matthew Sharp was appointed to represent us defending a Possession Order.

McGarry & Co were recommended to us by a friend. We were having major issues with tenants in one of our rental properties who refused to move out, they had also fallen into significant rent arrears. I was recommended Michael McGarry’s solicitors by a member of my family who had used Michael’s services previously and highly recommended him to me.
After another solicitor was unable to deal with a commercial lease problem Michael took it on and the situation was dealt with efficiently.
We were then able to sell the property.
Because of the great service we received with the lease, we instructed Michael to deal with the sale of the property.
