Very disappointing experience. I felt that Jonathan Webb had already made up his mind early on and did not properly consider all the evidence provided. This left me feeling judged rather than represented. The process felt rushed and impersonal, and I did not feel I received the level of professionalism or care I would expect for the fees charged. I would not recommend him in anyway.

A staff member from Crowley company solicitor was extremely rude and lacked even basic manners. I've never seen someone hang up on a person mid-conversation, especially due to a misunderstanding, without making any effort to read or understand the case properly. It's disappointing to see such inadequate behavior—basic respect and professionalism should be expected from anyone.

Additionally, commenting on someone's accent is not only unprofessional but can also be considered a form of bullying and discrimination against a community.

I strongly recommend NOT wasting your money and time on this company.
