Theresa, Kimberley, and Daniella were super helpful and really approachable throughout the entire process. When we faced some delays with the house purchase off the back of a survey, the team were quick to put things on hold, incredibly reassuring, and fast-acting the minute it resumed. Absolutely superb service.
Top quality communication and handling of my staircasing/remortgage. Many challenges were presented by the sellers side, Theresa handled these swiftly and her alongside Helen kept great communication throughout, eventually getting the completion across the line.
