Could not fault my experience with this firm. From the beginning they were in constant communication, providing updates when appropriate and the updates were also clear and easy to understand, which required little back and forth. We were always kept in the loop as to what was going on. From the point of contacting them to the sale going through the whole process took around 2 months, which was a lot quicker than what most people were advising me it would take. Any issues were resolved with the sellers solicitor quickly. Special thanks to Shazad, Zaynab and Zenab for all your help :)

Not worth one star - an absolute disgrace to the legal profession. Have the continuous inability to communicate, do not reply to emails, phone messages - don't give a damn or value other peoples time & have now took so long to not respond my buyers lender's mortgage offer has expired. Consequently, probably lost me the sale - should be struck off - I will be filing a comprehensive compliant with the ombudsman over their diabolical conduct.

I would like to give my thanks to Shazad, one of the most professional Solictor’s, I have ever come across who has helped me within couple of days to get my matters sorted. I've been trying to arrange something with this firm for several days. They've taken my contact details but failed to callback ever. I've only given 1 star as the receptionist was kind and spoke well, it's just a shame the solicitor couldn't be bothered to return my calls.
