Made the mistake of using these solicitors for a second time in 9 months again. A very simple transaction but complicated by lack of progress and communication, very unprofessional in my opinion. I know there's a pandemic, but keeping one informed is not very hard.

My family have been using Chandler Ray for many years now, and we used them in a conveyancing matter over a buy to let leasehold property in Bedford, which needed a deed of variation over it. The process took around 5 months and they supported us every step of the way. Diana Davis and Nina Houston carried out the conveyancing for us, and the front desk bore our phone calls for the progress. Their fees were entirely reasonable, and they worked hard on this and we appreciate the way they handled this for us. We sold our property.
