Closed my case, I asked for my documents back via post I was sent via email to print them off myself. Then told by the firms manager that we are not your personal secatarys to print them off, then made a complaint to mr kesar not responded. I used this firm for a very long time but recently it’s gone down hill and managers got bad attitude towards clients

The firm not responded back to my complaint nor tried to resolve this complaint totally avoiding me now.

Choose your firms wisely but this is my experience

It’s all good when firms win cases etc but when they close case and don’t benifit from it they refuse to give your documents back

I am very disappointment and hope owner of firm sees this review then he’ll contact me because at the minute my messages and complaints not gone through or ignoring because he knows that he won’t get paid for looking at my complaint

But no problem loads of other avenues I’m going through

Having used this firm in the past and having great results, I turned to them in 2024 for a related issue and 2025 for another similar matter.
From the outset Shannon Crawford and Malcolm Tebb dealt with both these issues and the communication, detailed work, time and committment displayed achieved fantastic results which are really appreciated by myself, family and friends.
Also, Shannon was doing her exams at the same time and at no point did her level of service drop, she was always happy to speak to me, family or friends, which shows her dedication.
