Do not use this firm. Even if the police get them from the Duty Solictors organisation. Ask for someone else. Don’t support during interviews and no aftercare support. Don’t answer phone calls or emails. When you complain apparently you’re abusive. If you use this firm make sure to record your phone calls as the receptionist is not a solictor tells lies to cover his back and protect the reputation of the firm. Don’t sign for anything either as they make you sign a legal aid form but don’t support you at all. I have evidence of this and reporting this firm to the SRA and legal ombudsman.
