Avoid Charter Solicitors Bradford at all costs. They took my money upfront, did absolutely nothing on my case, and then stopped engaging properly. Chasing them was pointless — no progress, no action, no accountability.
Worst of all, my money was never returned. Paying a solicitor and getting nothing in return is unacceptable and feels like a complete rip-off. I regret trusting this firm and would strongly warn others to stay away.
