Avoid the pain and suffering.
I have been dealing with Charsley Harrison for over 2.5 years fighting a Probate Issue. This is despite me winning the legal arguments, via the Probate Registry. The level of professionalism, diligence and empathy was appalling. Even when the initial two legal professionals involved left the firm at the same time, their replacements displayed the same traits. Empathy was absent from start to finish, even though they were proved wrong!
I can't comment on the wider firm, but I highly recommend not using them for Probate.
