At the outset, I appreciated your involvement and the guidance you provided. You walked with me through the initial stages of my case, which gave me a sense of reassurance and trust in your professional commitment.

However, I must express my disappointment with how things unfolded on the day of the court hearing. I was not informed in advance that you would not be attending, and instead, my case was handed over—first to one individual, then to another. This lack of continuity and communication left me feeling unsupported and unprepared at a critical moment.

It gave the impression that, having received payment, you withdrew from your responsibilities without proper notice or explanation. I had expected a consistent and reliable presence, especially during such a pivotal stage of the process.

I hope you will take this feedback constructively. Clear communication and continuity of representation are essential to maintaining trust and professionalism in legal practice.
