I first opened a case with them around 4 years ago and it finally came to and this April.
throughout this 4 year time period the staff have been really helpful. with the nature of the case being a very sensitive one the staff here where very understanding. The staff talked through every step of the case with me and anything I didn't quite understand they would explain in a way that I would .
The communication throughout this case was really good my emails where answered within 2 days and updates where regularly given, as well as emails I had written updates through the post. not to say once or twice I had to reach out via email to get an update, but overall communication was amazing.

I very rarely leave reviews but this business is one that is most deserving of one. I contacted the Matt Rowland due to negligent treatment received. I can honestly say that the Team who worked on my case is amazing. After being turned away from another firm I decided to try Matt Rowland and I am glad I did. The process was sometimes discouraging but the way my solicitor was able to explain the process took away some of my anxiety. Both Lauretta and Stella were always professional and personable.
