I had the pleasure of having Anisha as my claims handler. She got me the treatment I needed and a fair offer for compensation. She was very helpful throughout the whole process it felt like it was her priority to have my claim settled. Though such a traumatic experience i am humbled to have had her look after my case. Strongly recommend.

Its quicker to get a law degree and solve your own case than letting these guys do it. Not sure which Bengali university Khansa got her degree from because she hasn't got a clue on how to do her job and wont even bother doing anything with your case unless you constantly pester her and remind her weekly that she gets paid to do a job. You're better off getting a monkey to do your claim than to go through these guys because I've lost all faith in humanity after having the pleasure of dealing with this firm.

The worst solictors going and i have used some in my time!!!!do not use what so ever stay away!!!currently have a family case going on and they dont have a clue..constantly lying saying there working on it etc...you phone them as soon as you mention your name the handler ses there bsy will get back to you..takes them 2 3 weeks sometimes to get back to you..like there doing you a favour or summat..only ever work on your case when you push them...at the min there systems down..funny how there receptionists systems not down..anyonone wanting to use this firm totally steer clear..total lack of ability in closing case off and sheer rudness from the case handlers..i will advise anyone DO NOT USE THEM!!!a 3month case wil end up taking them a year and a half!!!!hansah my familys case handler totally lacks the ability to work in a solicitors firm not mention taking 2 3 weeks just to return my calls.PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!use someone else
