I was in distress, was put in a very difficult situation by a very mean homeowner after my husband passed away leaving me behind with 3 little children, 2 with special needs. The homeowner neglecting the house repairs put me and my children health in dire condition. They are of no help whatsoever, just a waste of time, phoned them a couple of weeks ago. They took my information and promised that someone would call me back in a few days. I waited and waited. No one called me until about a week later, and then told me that they were full to capacity, which was of no use to me, I had already gotten myself another solicitor by then.
