I had good experience with this company for the last 2 times with my visa application but this time i had terrible experience. They send the new solicitor to sort out my mother visa. It’s been a month nothing is done and it’s been a week the solicitor doesn’t answer our email even though we emailed her twice. So i called up to the office and it didn’t help with a rude receptionist. Thinking this is my last time going with them. So i gave them till end of this month if that solicitor still hasn’t got back to us then we will call to check up or withdraw the application.
