Good solicitor, bad staff.

My solicitor has sent me a letter to contact him, so i phoned this place several times and he’s always busy (Which i expect) so his staff always ask to call me back when he returns.

Its been weeks and i still cant get the staff to pass on a simple message.

Get yourself some new staff members because the ones answering up your phones and making your plans are useless.

So big update:

So These (a female Asian solicitor) tried to get me to plead guilty to a crime i was adamant i did not commit simply so she could get out of court and go to another cade (an in custody case i heard her talking privately about).
I told her “I’m not guilty though”
And she just shrugged her shoulders.
Thankfully my gut feeling was right and my case thrown out of court
But These were absolutely useless in court and leading up to the court date they were near impossible to contact or communicate with to build a case to defend myself.
They are quite simply legal-aid-sponges and only care about how much money they can claw back from the system by representing you but then feeding you to the sharks..

Avoid FMS if possible

Highly recommend helped me go from facing a prison sentence to a community order without tag or GPS, always on their game I really wouldn't be at home right now without this company. When I was at my plea Mr Foster was excellent and Mr Mohammed at my sentencing thank you both for all your help. I cant believe I am home I really thought I was facing prison. Please use this company excellent law firm.

I had originally worked with Areeba Khan for my case, I must say she is very professional and knowledgeable about her work. Always keeping me up to date and letting me know if any changes were made.
