Stephanie was really conscientious and made sure we were well prepared for all eventualities. I was a bit surprised that Steph didn't do purchases as well as sales which meant we needed to find another solicitor for our purchase. At the time we signed up with Steph, we didn't have an ongoing property, so she wasn't to know we would tie in a purchase some months into our sale.
Overall, I have to say it was a real pleasure dealing with Steph and she applied a common sense approach to matters that made processes refreshingly straightforward.
