We recently used Progression for the purchase of our new home and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Helen and Saaima were both incredibly helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process. Saaima kept us informed at every stage, answered all our questions clearly and made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and manageable. Toke £500 deposit at beginning of the registration which was fair enough. Then billed me agien after everything was payed off. Tried everything to not give my deposit back. charged me over £300 for asking them something over the phone which was a 1 min conversation, and this conversation was only after the case was closed .And said because i asked them somthing after my case was resolved they had to charge me for this. Well if i would have know you will charge me i wouldn't have asked you. And because they where holding my £500 i couldn't do anything. Soo avoid them please they will try everything to take more money out of you. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!!!
