Start to finish they were very proactive. They kept in touch and let me know as things progressed. I also phoned them on a few occasions to ask questions and they answered all of them promptly. Never got left unanswered longer than a days time.

I submitted a callback request regarding my legal standing in a divorce matter.
Upon answering the call, I was greeted with, “What can I do for you?”—a tone and phrasing that felt abrupt and dismissive, especially given that I had already outlined the nature of my enquiry in the callback form. As I began to explain, I was immediately interrupted and told, “We don’t offer legal aid, you need to go to Citizens’ Advice Bureau.” I attempted to clarify that I was seeking private legal representation, not legal aid, but was again cut off with the same statement, repeated almost verbatim.
This interaction felt not only unprofessional but also presumptive. The repeated insistence on directing me to legal aid services, without hearing the details of my case or my intentions, gave the impression of stereotyping—particularly troubling given that assumptions appeared to be made before any meaningful dialogue took place.
I approached the firm in good faith, expecting a respectful and professional consultation. Instead, I was met with a lack of courtesy and a refusal to engage with the specifics of my situation. I believe every potential client deserves to be heard without prejudice or assumption, regardless of background or perceived circumstance.
I hope they will take this feedback seriously and reflect on how initial client interactions are handled. First impressions matter, and in sensitive legal matters, empathy and professionalism are paramount.

My conveyancing team were professional, prompt and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was always easy to get in touch with them and they responded to almost all of my queries the same day. The efficiency of their work made me feel reassured that despite the issues I faced during my house purchase, the conveyancing was in very good hands!
James Williams in particular was brilliant in all aspects of my case. He was clearly very experienced and always knew what he was doing or what advice to give. It was easy to get in touch with him and his team, and was efficient in ensuring everything I required was taken care of. He also always made me feel like he was “on my side”, which was reassuring when I had to navigate difficult or awkward issues.

I had absolutely incredible service from James Williams when purchasing my first property. James was on the ball from day one, and never took more than 5 minutes to respond to any of my contact. He gave clear and concise information every time. I can honestly say I purchased my first home without one moment of stress due to James and his team's brilliant service. The fixed fee was also very reassuring. I will definitely recommend James.
