I had an extremely disappointing experience with this firm while in the process of purchasing a property. We were just two weeks away from exchange, and throughout that time they continued to respond to enquiries and engage with our solicitor as if the transaction was progressing as normal.

However, without any warning or communication, they proceeded to exchange and complete with another buyer. At no point did they indicate that this was a possibility or that our position was at risk. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable, especially given how close we were to exchange and the level of commitment already involved.

Their actions not only wasted a significant amount of time and money but also caused considerable stress and frustration. Professional standards in conveyancing should include clear and honest communication, which was entirely lacking here.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this firm.
