Receiving fines for a car that is not mine this company have been sent everything asked for to prove the car was not mine and still I am receiving multiple debt collect letters 6 months on after they verbally confirmed on the phone i will not receive no more as they have everything they need. This company has caused me severe anxiety use need to get a grip and sort it out I'm getting harassed none stop because you are inadequate of doing your job and updating your systems.
I'm editing this review because the response of you are waiting on evidence is a LIEEEE you have had it multiple times your company is a disgrace. You've been sent evidence multiple times

For multiple company has given me a final notice letter out of the blue for £170 for a parking fine for a car that hasn’t been in my possession for over a year!
They have said it is 'too late to dispute' and that I have two options: pay in full or a payment plan. If I don't pay, they will commence enforcement within 7 days and threatening me with solicitors when I’ve emailed them a letter from the DVLA and even mailed the letter to them to prove the car is no longer mine!
At no point have I received any previous correspondence either from the parking company or ZZPS and, from reading the other reviews, this is their business model.
This is a genuine scam and I have reported the company to Trading Standards. I would rate them a 0 if I could. Utterly disappointed for such disrespectful behaviour

This company has poor organisation, the first notice I get on this parking charge is through the final letter warning. I wasn’t given a ticket, or any other previous warning/letter. My attempts to appeal my concerns about only receiving the final warning letter were all ignored, instead they just increased my fine.

Joke of a company. Gave me a fine letter saying I didn’t respond to the first one which never came in the first place. Spoke to Grace from their call team and she wasn’t any help saying I should’ve paid for parking in the first place getting quite rude. Proper Scammers. Don’t send out letters then send out one saying you have to pay £70 extra admin fees and the first letter was “delivered” joke.

Horrendous company I lost my parking ticket - after appealing against my £40. Received another letter £150 demand which included their administration fee!! For what sending a letter!!
The circumstances around my situation were completely ignored twice. I had no choice other than pay £10 per month. I didn’t want anything more to do with these vile parasites and paid £150. I blame the local council who allow cut throat private companies to own HOSPITAL car parks.

I must say im very disappointed in this company. I recognise that they must be inundated with calls and queries however, I called because I was charged twice for the same parking fine despite me warning them of this while the charges were in my pending transactions and this could have been prevented. Now I am chasing to get my money which is owed back and being passed from post to post with no response in most cases.
It’s unfair as if I owed this company anything I have no doubt they would be chasing me non stop. What’s also disappointing is they did not do their security checks properly on the phone as I realised I had given my old address by mistake but was still allowed to progress with the call. I dread to think how easy scammers could bypass this company’s security and steal your information. I am also concerned that I was advised to send my bank account information over email.
Very disappointing when I consider that I was fair and paid the fine straight away.

The company claim I didn’t send them an email about them taking more money than I owed but I did (see photo attached). This company are now holding my money which I am owed. I will be escalating this further.
Edit update 21.03.26 zzps have still not refunded me the money I am owed. I have escalated this further. They claim I did not contact them but you can see from the photos that I did. This company should be held accountable for stealing my money. Unacceptable
