Wonderful service from Richard Morris. He kept us up to date and informed every step of the way for our house purchase in Snowdonia. He worked diligently to complete just in time and against all the odds. If it wasn’t for him we would have missed our mortgage deadline and incurred thousands more in extra costs. We have used Morris and Bates for the past 6 years for various family situations and several house sales and purchases. Chris Bates has always been extremely helpful and efficient and was very sensitive and kind towards my Mother who was suffering with dementia whilst we were trying to sort out her care.
