The organisation failed to notify me for several months about a cyber-attack that impacted my ongoing legal aid application. This delay deprived me of the opportunity to take timely action to protect my position.

Furthermore, my case was closed without providing me with prior notice or the opportunity to discuss the matter. No reasons for the closure were given. This decision was made at a critical time when my landlord was requesting that I vacate my home, despite the fact that I had already endured over seven months of multiple ongoing disrepair issues at the property.

On multiple occasions when I asked for assistance, I was repeatedly told: “As previously advised, we are unable to undertake any further work on your file until we have obtained further funding.” This became a stock response, regardless of the urgency of my situation.

Additionally, the organisation made basic factual errors, including getting the date of my move into the property wrong. Such inaccuracies undermine confidence in the quality and care with which my case was handled.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid instructing Gomer Williams, in particular Non Hughes and Clare Tregoning, due to their poor communication, procedural failings, and lack of care in handling urgent legal matters.

If I could give zero stars, I would!
