Matrix Solicitors were absolutely brilliant from start to finish while we were selling our house. They made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. Matrix solicitors went above and beyond in their diligence and efficiency in dealing with the sale and purchase of our properties. Tasadaq has excellent communication skills and was highly professional and helpful throughout the whole conveyancing process. We came in without booking an appointment as we had used them previously walk in. The receptionist explained that we ideally should have booked an appointment and then spoke to the solicitors and asked us to wait. We stayed there and didn't try to rush anything. After around half an hour of waiting, a haughty solicitor showed up telling us we may need to wait an hour and the way to go is to make an appointment. When we said we'd leave he said we could wait another 20 minutes and see. He said it's common sense to have booked an appointment etc. Unnecessary, rude, and unprofessional behaviour. Needless to say, we walked out and got our work done at another solicitor within a few minutes.

Can definitely recommend using matrix solicitors who settled my injury claim with a great outcome. Tasadaq gave me updates regularly through each stage of the claim. Will definitely be using them again if ever in need of a solicitor. If you require their services do not hesitate to call them as the staff are very polite, friendly and understanding.

The staff seemed quite stuck up, receptionist didn't really make an effort and was sat with a face on. She wasn't welcoming and when I tried to engage conversation, she ignored me. The solicitor, Bisharat tried to rip me off by asking me for more money than he quoted and when I questioned him, he was abrupt. Don't recommend them unless you are desperate for a solicitor and make them your last resort
