When we first used them fouteen years back having purchased 40% of our home from the housing association they were brilliant, but having used them again, recently in the purchase of the outstanding 60% My wife and I were very disappointed, never bothered to Email us back despite several Emails sent and very rarely returned our call,s it is over three months since the completion, we were told they would send us a copy of the deeds, we still do not have them, called them, two weeks on, and nothing not even a call back disgusting and, expensive given the level or not, of service.

After experiencing a terrible service with Co-op Legal services, we came here to sort our Wills. From the very first phone call the staff have been friendly, helpful and approachable. We met with Angie who has explained and answered all our questions timely and without fuss, finalising details in less than 2 weeks at such an acceptable cost. We will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.
