As a property developer I have experience with multiple residential property solicitors over the years. I have to say this has been the worst experience in dealing with Thomson Hayton Winkley solicitors especially Ben Caldwell with this property transaction. Communication has been terrible and he has been very poor at dealing with a legal issue with this transaction, not knowing what procedures to follow and has delayed the transaction months. This is not the only review who has had similar experience with this firm. Be Aware
If you are wanting a quick and easy property sale I would avoid this solicitor at all costs. Use any other one in the area.

Great experience using Thomson Hayton and Winkley to sell and buy a residential property. Helpful staff, (particularly Zoe Gibson), good communication throughout, a very thorough service and met all deadlines.

Friendly staff, reputed to be good solicitors ( I can't judge, having never used them for this)
The estate agent side seem knowledgeable and will even point buyers to properties that rivals are selling.
