Absolutely terrible, zero stars.
I deeply regret ever engaging Turpin Heelis to deal with my late father's Will and Probate. TOOK ALMOST 4 YEARS ( 2017 - 2021, delays NOT due to Covid 19) and needlessly cost us thousands. Delay after delay, used every excuse to stall and not answer my queries, "staff redundancies at the local Council"?? etc. Nothing chased, other side allowed to do what they liked without any Lasting Power of Attorney etc.???
Whenever I phoned for an update I was always told by the receptionist that I'd "just missed her" even after varying the time of day of my calls and within minutes of returning a missed call from her?
"Solicitor" even went on Maternity leave and on her return still no progress whatsoever after the case was allegedly passed on to a colleague. I wanted to fire them off after 15 months of nothing happening but was overruled by older sibling. Reached the point where I wondered whose side they were on as it seemed it didn't matter as long as they were getting paid. The only thing that wasn't slow was the "Fee Note Attached" email every couple of months for "work done"???
Complaint lodged with Legal Ombudsman.
Unbelievably slow and absolutely shocking.

Andrew and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Very professional with a family feel. Nothing was too much trouble and always at the end of the phone. I had heard great reviews before hand which encouraged me to use them. I would highly recommend for any matters.
