Take your business to a firm who conduct themselves correctly!
Called this firm for conveyancing work to say we would like to proceed, to be told by Practise Manager, not interested, who hung up after I attempted to explain we wanted to proceed! The Practice Manager arrogantly tried to justify her extremely unprofessional behaviour via email, did not offer to apologise and simply said go elsewhere! Do not get engage with this company! Is this how they treat their prospective clients?

Do not use!!! Made a huge mistake on completion statement, came chasing nearly £10000, demanded the funds immediately.

Dealt with it shockingly…..
