Her service and communication is swift and clear and even when she was on holiday her colleague was available to help so our file was never left. Being a residential landlord for over 35 years I have purchased and sold many properties over this period and I did have a very reliable and efficient solicitor for this purpose. Unfortunately she retired and for the last couple of years I have been struggling to find a suitable replacement, thankfully I found Karen at Kenneth M Barrows & Co who is able to carry out conveyancing to my satisfaction, this is to efficiently and quickly deal with the documents and paperwork, to chase other solicitors and to keep me informed. We have recently completed on the purchase of our home with Karen acting as our conveyancing solicitor. We have bought and sold several houses in our 37 years of marriage, but thanks to Karen this was the most seamless, stress free purchase to date.
From beginning to end she was absolutely amazing. She answered any questions we had timely using simple jargon free language that we understood.
Anytime we wanted to speak to her and she wasn’t available she always returned our calls quickly and never had to chase.
Any emails we sent were replied to very quickly and any information we requested was provided.
Our purchase was complete within 10 weeks and that included a two week break at Christmas when the office was closed.
I really can’t recommend Karen and the support team enough and we have already signposted friends and family for her service.
