I've recently completed on my first home and used Forster Dean for my conveyancing. I don't think the process could have been any easier. I got a few quotes and Forster Dean was the cheapest. From the initial instruction to completion I was kept up to date throughout the whole process with no need to chase them. Zero stress involved on my part. My offer was accepted 1st August and I got my keys 3rd October which in my opinion was really quick plus I could've completed sooner but couldn't due to other circumstances. I would recommend them to family and friends and I will be using them again should I sell my house to move up the ladder in the nearby future. Highly recommend using Forster Dean! From offer to completion it’s taken under 6 weeks and I haven’t had to chase these guys at all, they’ve been absolutely fantastic. Regular communication, clear and accurate documentation and a friendly approach too. Jackie handled the majority of my purchase and she was brilliant.
