Hannah Mason was my solicitor throughout my time with them, and she was excellent—highly professional, very knowledgeable, and clearly very good at her job, while also being caring and attentive throughout the process. Absolutely useless especially Marion o'donovan, my mother died in December 2023 and she still hasn't sorted my late mothers estate out,this woman has caused a massive rift between me and my brother that there's probably no coming back from, she has cocked it up so many times she is driving me mad to the point I really hate this woman for what she has done to my family, you will get that frustrated with her you phone up and all you get is she's busy with a client she will phone you back and guess what she never does,she is so disrespectful it is beyond belief,and she wants me go in tomorrow and sign more forms that should of been signed last summer she is that incompetent and lazy.i could go on and on about the incompetence of this woman so I will cut it short is you are unfortunate to have a relative die and the will is with her go in collect the will say thank you and leave and go to say PD law in widnes and get them to sort it out you will thank me in the long run, no one can be worse than Marion O'donovan.walk in the place and look how run down it is it hasn't seen a lick of paint since the 1970's, everyone who works there is way beyond their retirement date,they are extremely slow and lazy, so do yourself a favor do not use thus company, it's got that bad iam making an official about them to the solicitors ombudsman.
