Would not use these again only went with them as they had a cheaper fee but started of really well with my first handler getting regular updates and keeping contact, then went down hill from there attitude about dealing with my case and as a first time buyer having no clue what's happening made things very uncomfortable and hard to deal with. Constantly chasing up and feeling like you're in the wrong for asking questions. And survey that was done was a joke as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Listen to the reviews, many people in the same position with this incompetent company having no sense of urgency, advising to call back in 5 minutes and never taking the calls, not returning calls or replying to emails. My exchange had been held up for over a week due to zero communication from this hellish company.

We used Gorvins back in 2022 for a remortgage on a place we already owned. In general, the process wasn't terrible until the very end where, on the day of completion my solicitor didn't return my calls or confirm that completion had gone through as she had gone home at around 2pm without leaving a handover.

I regret not posting about it at the time as I have recently had a work colleague share that his house move is in limbo because Gorvins have deinstructed themselves at the last minute and I was shocked to hear it was the same company. Avoid at all costs and invest in a more professional service for such an important matter.

I wish I had read the reviews before appointing this practice for the purchase of my house. The Paralegal, Amara Charles, working with my purchase is rude, unresponsive and has zero sense of urgency and no client care skills - you'd have thought she was paying me to do the conveyancing. Once I complained, the account manager stepped in at the last minute, but the whole experience has left a very, very bad taste. I would not recommend using this practice for conveyancing.

I just purchased my first home. Gorvins solicitors have been outstanding. Very efficient and first class service from all staff whenever I called in, my messages were communicated efficiently. Alex Tucker has been exceptionally professional with high standards and first class service. From start to finish Alex has been excellent. I strongly trust and recommend Gorvins solicitors.
