Please stay away from these very rude arrogant and keep money back to earn more interest

Terrible experience dealing with these people... I've been lied to I've had 18 months of my time and money wasted getting fobbed off and ignored my mother passed away in 2022 and i tasked drk to sort mums estate ,bills ,probate and so on they sent me a contract out saying they would sort everything in its entirety with all due care and respect its bin awfull and after 18 months in their hands still not finnished and still getting bills in the post for my mother . my calls never get returned also i would like to quote something simon masters said to me in a meeting we had he gave me a bill at the point of probate and then went on to say " at this point your mother her will ands wants are irrelevant " all the while nothing bin sorted and bills still rolling i really do regret choosing this firm ...... TERRIBLE !

We've used these solicitors for 30 years and now we won't be using them again. We contacted Dixon Rigby Keogh because we want to buy a property upfront without a mortgage. We signed the relevant paperwork on our first meeting with a secretary after the solicitor who we were supposed to be seeing wasn't in. then went 3 weeks without any communication. We tried phoning and were told on 3 separate occasions that we would have a phone call back on certain days and we never heard back.

On the one occasion that we met with the solicitor , their attitude was dismissive, abrupt and we left feeling just as unsure about the situation as before we went in. There was absolutely no progress made during those weeks. Completely wasted our time. We have found a new solicitor after Dixon's said it would be more convenient for us to find someone closer to us after the 3 weeks of nothing , distance is completely irrelevant in this case so it was just to fob us off. Our new solicitors have done more for us in 3 days than Dixon's did in 3 weeks. Wouldn't reccomended at all.

I would like to thank Simon and his team for dealing with the sale of my mum and dad's house. The advise they gave to me and the help was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend to family and friends as they were very professional and on the ball all the time to make it a perfect completion. Thankyou so much to all of you
