I have never had work done so quickly by a solicitor, based on experience elsewhere I was expecting a long wait but I felt heard and dealt with very quickly. Really appreciated the effort made by Sue.

Absolutely unprofessional forced my son into a guilty plea as it was easier for them! No support no help, hearsay is not evidence!! My son has mental health issues and struggles with everyday life and these so called solicitors did nothing other than pressured into something he didn’t want to do!! You have now tarnished his life something his will have on his record for life!! They have their paycheque so really they wanted the less paperwork and hassle , avoid this firm at all costs especially if the person they represent has a disability , they simply just don’t care

Great for small stuff-I needed documents verifying, which they managed to squeeze me in quickly and efficiently.

However with my house purchase it was a grueling experience as my vendors used them. It was hard to get through on the phone to their conveyancers, chain free took 7 months. I was glad I chose Juno as my conveyancers instead of Jacobs as I initially wanted to based on reviews, but changed my mind after.

It was not an efficient, easy process for my conveyancers to deal with Jacobs at all.
