To date, my experience with FJ and being in IVA has been positive and much less stressful than trying to communicate with creditors myself.
My interactions with the agents at FJ have been empowering and personally helpful. I find the agents knowledgeable, professional, supportive and easy to talk to. I am kept informed as to how the debt repayment is progressing by the agents and the new App.
