I would not recommend this solicitor. Communication has been extremely poor from start to finish. They constantly promise to call back but never do, leaving you chasing for updates all the time.

Simple matters take far longer than they should, with endless delays and excuses blaming other people or circumstances instead of taking responsibility. It feels like nothing gets done unless you repeatedly follow up yourself.

Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and constant delays have made what should have been a straightforward process incredibly frustrating.

I would not use their services again and would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Our outdated wills and enduring power of attorneys (which have been changed to Lasting Power of attorneys), were all updated with the support,guidance and knowledge that suited us as a family, from Loius Brandt. It may take time with the Lasting Power of Attorney, as there are legal stages it has to go through. But for future peace of mind it was so worth it. Thank you so much Loius for all your help. Awful soliciters takes ages to do anything and the communication is terrible, when rung up about a situation they just lied and then still didn’t do anything about it couldn’t find a worst place to go to
