I felt ni had a very unsatisfactory professional relationship with Joanna may where our vision difference and vision differed drastically.
I felt I did the work that should have been covered by my representation and felt bullied and not heard and often my voice disrespected.. In my case did not want a settlement and made it clear and this caused continual tension in our working relationship.
I was given details of another client case which may have left that client identifiable to me eg telling me another female ,who was pregnant she had represented was attacked at the respondents workplace .
She later told me she never won against a female judge in Bury , which gave me no faith at all should the case be heard there .
I personally feel let down and now self representing as didnt feel it conducive to continue when faith gone .
I would personally be unable to recommend this service and will be writing to the solicitors regulation authority to vocalise my concerns .
I do not believe the complaint I made to the practise could have beencarried out without professional biasin favour of her colleague and the practise.
