We were making a concessionary purchase on our family home a month before the stamp duty deadline. I approached a few companies and just wanted to know the process and if they could complete the relatively simple transaction in the 4 weeks we had, but i was left largely with zero information zero guarantees and just an order form for their services with the fees.
After a while of getting stressed out, a friend recommended Stacey at Brittons and on the initial phone call Stacey explained what needed to happen and how long it would take, all but guaranteeing that it would be done before the deadline.
All emails were answered the same day or within 12 hours and no calls were left unanswered or not responded to. The deal went through relatively smoothly and the rates were a good bit cheaper than at other local firms.
