WILSON AND BIRD LIMITED

Wilson & Bird, specifically Paul Bird, is one of those people who thinks he should be paid for doing nothing. He was commissioned to do the conveyancing on my house sale and within two weeks he wanted to revise his estimate up. There was no basis for doing this, there were no unforeseen legal issues, he had apparently just decided that he wanted to be paid more. I’ve never dumped a solicitor before.

This man is ruining the life of my friend and her whole family. Theyve finally got in touch with legal ombudsman to begin an investigation into this man and his practises. Obviously do not recommend at all.

Using this solicitor for the second time to deal with the sale of a property. Good service and a reasonable price. Would recommend them.

This is the best solicitor I have ever used, I have bought a property and currently selling a property Through Wilson and Bird and have absolutely no quibbles in recommending them. They dont wait around if one of them is on holiday, someone else in the office will pick up the email and respond, Emails are replied to within the hour, Whenever I have asked them to do something, it is done. They are absolutely brilliant for everything, I can not rate them high enough. If I could then I would give them 10 stars. I just wish all solicitors were as brilliant and as efficient as these.
